"In the Ring with Al Snow" NOW ON SALE
===================================
There is one wrestler out there who has always been outspoken about how to make it in the wrestling business and to go about it in the right manner. He has done a lot of shoot interviews about these subjects with RF VIDEO but now it's time to actually step food inside the actual ring with him and witness his knowledge as he hands it down to a class of 12 students of the game. Just when you thought you knew all the answers, Al Snow changes the questions!! For the first time ever Al Snow invites you the wrestling fan or upcoming wrestling Inside the Ring with Al Snow.
This DVD is a must have for anyone trying to make it in the wrestling business. Al Snow's world famous seminars have never been caught on tape, that is until now. RFVIDEO filmed a four hour seminar that breaks down the barrier and allows you to really understand the business from an inside view point. This DVD is full of lessons that anyone breaking into the sport should know and understand. Now we are going to allow everyone to watch this totally open and honest shoot style seminar to make it out for the masses to enjoy. So you think you know how to be a wrestler. You think you know how to put together a good match. What works in the ring. Do you think you know how to get heat? Think you know how to get yourself over? Do you think you make a good babyface or a heel? Can you really cut a good promo? Do you understand how to move around the ring? Do you really even know what a finish is?
There are all the questions that you will hear Al go over with this class as he has them do actual matches in front of him and then he critiques each guy and tells them what they were doing right or wrong. Most of today's matches did not go the way that Al had wanted which makes it for a great DVD as he really Al open up and give some of the hardest taught lessons that needed to be taught to get this class to the next level.
We have done other Inside the Ring DVD's, but this one is the most informative of all of them. You get to listen to Al talk about what the WWE is looking for when they hire a guy and how they can make money with you. What happens if you cant work or get yourself over, well Al gives about 60 minutes of this DVD series some of his best stories from behind the curtains in WWE and tells you exactly what they are looking for, and how they will make money with you if you have the "it" factor.
The 60 minutes mini interview with the class before the three hour workout session is worth the price of the DVD itself. Never before in any of Al's shoots do you get to hear what the WWE office is looking for and how the agents handle their business with the wrestlers to better the product. What really goes on in FCW if you are hired by the WWE and what they want you to get out of going into that system.
These are just a few of the topics that we talked about today on this 4 hour DVD
**How to get yourself over with the office of the WWE and how to get over with the fans
**How Dave Melzter is one of the best workers out there
**How to be a good worker
**What to do to get a job in the WWE
**What to do in your dark match with Funaki if you get that chance to make it
**Talk about how the WWE is looking for new talent to get over
**Why does the Undertaker really take time off
**Talk about finishes in wrestling
**How wrestlers relate to the fans and how to get over so the fans want to be you
**Why it is stupid for guys to work stiff or the strong style uses Roddy Strong as an example and why its bad for the business
**How to reteach the audience and make them believe in your finish
**How to make someone look good if they are smaller than you
Then we actually went into the ring and did another 3 hours of workout footage which you will learn
**How to move around the ring slower
**How to make it look like a shoot and not a work
**How to sell a basic move...
**Why a Babyface must deliver in his match what ever he talked about in his promos
**Why the Babyface must always be aggressive and always go for the pin and always move forward
**What is a finish
**How to get heat spots
**How to tell a story by selling
**Less is more
**How the heel dictates the match and how the babyface only cares about winning
There is so much more to this DVD and it's by far the most open video ever filmed by us. If you think Tough Enough took you inside the ring you have not seen anything until you have seen "Inside the Ring with Al Snow" as this DVD is a blockbuster.

Shoot Interview with Matt Borne: What is it like to wrestle a match against someone you just got arrested for beating up 24 hours ago? What is it like to walk into a locker room as the son of a local wrestling legend? What is it like to be a part of the most historic event in the history of pro wrestling? The newest RF Video Shoot Interview will answer all of these questions and more as we are proud to present the Matt Borne Shoot Interview.
This is without a doubt one of the most fascinating shoot interviews we have ever produced. Matt Bourne has been there and seen it all and doesn't mind talking about it. For every match, every road trip, every angle, and every mistake, Matt Bourne has a story and he shares them all in this intriguing Shoot Interview.
Matt talks candidly about his personal demons in pro wrestling. Matt shares stories about partying with some of the most legendary names in the business. Matt talks in depth about his relationship with Roddy Piper and the partying the two of them used to do together in their primes. On top of that, Matt has tons of stories about drugs and alcohol abuse that he shares throughout the entire interview. Matt drops names and recalls some of the wildest stories ever told in an RF Video Shoot Interview.
Family is a big part of Matt's story. Matt talks openly about how the relationship between his sister and Buddy Rose affected his in-ring matches with Buddy. Hear all about the night Matt had to go over his sister's house and what resulted in the trip. Matt also tells a story about a match he had scheduled with Buddy 24 hours after he was arrested for beating Buddy up. How did Buddy react? How did Don Owens react? What are Matt's thoughts on it today? For those unaware, the feud between Matt and Buddy in Portland is still one of the most talked about angles and feuds to this day.
Matt has tons of stories about his days on the territories. Matt tells a revealing story about doing cocaine with a booker during their first meeting. You will be shocked when you hear who the booker was. Matt also gives his thoughts and memories about working for several infamous bookers including Ole Anderson, Don Owens, and Bill Watts. Who did Matt like working for and who did he not get along with? Matt comments on things said about these men from past guests in RF Video Shoot Interviews.
Matt also talks about some of his famous partners and in-ring opponents. Matt comments on rumors and statements said in past interviews about the Von Erichs and Fritz Von Erich. Matt also talks about his rocky relationship with his former partner the late Buzz Sawyer. In addition to the war stories, Matt has some tremendous road stories that will have you laughing throughout the interview. Which former partner and enforcer did Matt travel with who fell asleep at the wheel and what happened on that trip?
Matt talks in great length about both of his runs in the WWE. Matt talks about his first big run which included wrestling on the original WrestleMania. What was Vince like during that time? How did Roddy and Paul Orndorff really feel about Mr. T? What was the locker room like at this time? How big did he think it would get? What happened and why did Matt disappear so quickly after his first WrestleMania appearance?
Matt also talks about his memorable run as the original Doink the Clown. Did he like the gimmick? What did his friends think when they first heard about it? How did he own it and make it his own? Was Vince supportive of the character? Matt also talks about the locker room with stories on everyone from Bret Hart to Scott Hall. Which wrestler stooged him out to Vince McMahon and got him fired? Nobody is off limits when Matt takes this long walk back down WWE memory lane.
Whether it was wrestling in a flannel as Big Josh, trunks as ´Maniac¡ Matt Bourne, or spraying confetti in makeup as Doink the Clown, Matt has great stories about all phases of his career. Viewers will feel as if they were sitting on a bar stool next to Matt on a Saturday night listening to story after story. There is never a dull moment in this jam packed Shoot Interview. It is with great excitement that RF Video presents the all-new Matt Bourne Shoot Interview.

Just in case you missed what we did on Thursday here is a quick review once again:
RF VIDEO has been running all over the city of Philadelphia over the last 24 hours with former WCW World Champion DDP. It all started last night when we kicked off our new DVD series On the Road with Diamond Dallas Page at the Market Street Station where we picked him up. We had our cameras rolling from the time he got off the train until he checked into his 5 star hotel at the Four Seasons. Wait until you see the trouble we caused by filming at the hotel…there are tons of WCW road stories on this DVD as well. You will hear about his troubles with Ric Flair after his book came out and how DDP fixed the situation. What heat did he have with the Undertaker and the WWE office if there was any at all….What happened the first time he talked to Dusty Rhodes…What are his views on the Chris Benoit tragedy? The entire DVD will run over three hours but the main focus of this DVD was his media appearances today in Philadelphia which we were able to capture as well on this DVD from the radio show with Danny Bonaduce and Ukee Washington on Talk Philadelphia to promote his amazing YRG DVD's.
RF VIDEO was granted permission to film everything behind the scenes at the Danny Bonaduce show and we were even there in the studio and filmed his appearance on Dannys show. They talk in great detail about TNA and if DDP would ever go back to the company. The main focus of the appearance was DDP promoting his YRG DVD's which are a must for anybody looking to get in shape. I actually did some of this last night with him in the hotel and its amazing. He also showed me a video which you can check out on his new website that we plugged last night where this one guy who could not even walk can now run and he lost so much weight. We actually will show the footage on this DVD too. Danny was so impressed with the YRG workout that he is going to take it on as well as myself. I am not fat or anything but this program will get you super in shape and give you abs of steal.
Everyone was great at Danny's show and they treated us well. We than went out for Breakfast since his appearance was like at 7AM and we filmed all of our car rides as well. From there we went back to his hotel for more talk with DDP about his YRG programs and of course wrestling talk!! We headed out around 11AM for a private tour of the CBS studio here in Philly. We were able to film all of this as well and we filmed DDP in the green room waiting to go on with Ukee Washington. We also filmed everything behind the scenes with Ukee Washington as his staff was also amazing with us. I met Ukee about 10 years ago when I was on the news for my pro wrestling shopps that I had in this area. He actually remembered our interview together since Steve Austin was also on the same show via satellite. We had DDP and Ukee do a private interview for this DVD as well.
The highlight of the show was DDP teaching the staff how to do YRG once again. You will all be amazed at the results as we are going to really push his YRG products thru this DVD. It's some amazing workouts that really get you results.
The entire day was just amazing and loads of fun. We can't thank everyone enough especially the staff over at CBS and Danny Bonaduce show. I also want to thank DDP who allowed us to take part in this and he really let us into his world over the past 24 hours. If you ever met DDP you know he always goes that extra mile and he was working non stop all day in his hotel on his website and company as he lives for YRG. We can't wait to release this new on the road DVD so you can see a whole new person and see how DDP is outside of the squared circle!!!

Mick Foley On The Monday Night War!
Foley said the following on Twitter;
"There sure seemed to be a little magic in the air this past Monday, as we kicked off what we all hope will be a very exciting time for the company, with what I felt was an excellent "Impact". I know the rating wasn't quite what we are hoping for, but if we keep delivering the type of show fans saw Monday night, I have to believe that eyeballs will start turning our way and the ratings situation will take care of itself."
Eric Bischoff On Monday Night War!
Bischoff said the following on Facebook;
"On the contrary, we are all convinced (as are most fans) that we proved definitively that we can produce a superior product. While it is going to take some time (and consistency) to gain the market share we hope to gain, we are thrilled with the product we presented, and are more than excited about the future."
TNA Epics Moved
Episode 3 of TNA Epics, featuring the X Division, has been moved again, according to TNA's website. The program will now air Tuesday, March 16th, at 11 PM on Spike TV.
WWE Smackdown Report!
The following is from Wrestleview;
“Yes, sir, we promised you a great main event…” The WWE video leads us into the show.
Todd Grisham and Matt Striker welcome us to the show. Tonight we’ll see the return of the Highlight Reel for the first time in two years. His special guest tonight will be none other than his WrestleMania opponent Edge.
Rey Mysterio’s music hits and he makes his way to the ring with his family. Isn’t the boy Eddie Guerrero’s? Dominick is taller than he is now. Mysterio says each week we let him into our homes so tonight he wants to let us into his home. Mysterio says he considers all of us his family. Mysterio introduces Dominick, his wife Angie, and his daughter Alyah. Mysterio says he travels around the world entertaining us but sometimes he misses out on important things in his family’s life. Mysterio says parents go out of their ways to make things special for their kids. Tonight is special because it’s Alyah’s birthday. Mysterio and the crowd sing “Happy Birthday” to her. This is a very nice segment.
Halfway through the song CM Punk’s music hits and the little girl is crushed. That’s some major heat. My god! Punk comes out with the Straight Edge Society. Punk tells the crowd not to stop on account of him. Punk then finishes the song sarcastically. She’s crying. This is tremendous. Punk says Mysterio looks scared but he assures him he’s not here to hurt him or his family. Punk says he’s happy his family is here and Mysterio’s. Punk says we need to celebrate the occasion and it doesn’t get any bigger than WrestleMania. Punk lays down a challenge for a match at WrestleMania. Punk also challenges him to a match tonight. He doesn’t mean later – he means right now.
Mysterio says this isn’t the time. Punk says since it’s her birthday he’ll let her shut her eyes while he reduces her daddy to tears and make him beg for his mercy. Punk mentions that Dominick has grown up but he doesn’t think he’s ever heard his father squeal like a pig by someone stomping his surgically repaired knee. Punk says it’s ok if he plugs his ears. Punk calls Mysterio’s wife voluptuous. Punk says after he does what he’s going to do to her husband it will be the worst of times. Punk tells her to feel free to cover her mouth to cover the screams.
Punk questions if Mysterio is afraid his family will watch him get hurt. Punk calls him a coward. Mysterio knows it and his family knows it. Punk asks where the giant killer Mysterio is. Punk asks where the 619 is. Punk asks where the machismo is. Punk says his machismo and courage is something he’s never had. Punk asks what it will take. Punk kneels down and says he’s on his level now. Punk asks if Mysterio turns him down then what will it take. Punk slaps Mysterio in front of his family.
Mysterio and his family leave the ring. Punk berates him all the way up the ramp. Punk again sings “Happy Birthday” to Alyah. Punk looked completely evil in this segment. That was gold.
-Commercial Break-
Todd Grisham and Matt Striker recap what just happened with the S.E.S. and Mysterio’s family.
The Miz comes out with Daniel Bryan, his NXT rookie. We see the epic beat down R-Truth and John Morrison delivered to ShoMiz on Raw. The Miz says if Morrison and R-Truth thinks they can come to Raw and embarrass them – really? They think they can beat them at WrestleMania – really? Miz asks the crowd if they think they can beat them – really? Miz says he’ll show R-Truth why they’re so dominant, because they’re ShoMiz and they’re AWESOME!
The Miz vs. R-Truth
David Otunga is at ringside for his pro R-Truth and Daniel Bryan sticks around too.
The Miz quickly ducks a lock up and punches R-Truth in the corner. Miz sends him to the corner but R-Truth slingshots, splits, and hits a jumping heel kick. R-Truth then clotheslines him over the top rope. R-Truth hits a nice over the top rope suicide dive as we go to commercial.
-Commercial Break-
We come back from the break to see R-Truth locked in a chin lock. R-Truth immediately fights up and hits a back suplex. Daniel Bryan is smirking at ringside. Miz and R-Truth trade punches with R-Truth getting the better. R-Truth hits a hip toss and a pair of clotheslines. R-Truth sends him to the ropes but lowers his head and eats a kick. Miz goes into the ropes and takes a big boot for a near fall. Miz counters a powerslam into a backbreaker/neckbreaker combo for a near fall. Miz looks annoyed.
Miz goes for the Skull Crushing Finale but R-Truth counters into a roll up. Miz rolls through the roll up but R-Truth kicks out. Miz avoids the Scissors Kick and pins him with his feet on the ropes but Daniel Bryan pushes them off. Miz is looking wildly at him. R-Truth ducks a clothesline and hits the Lie Detector for the win.
Winner by Pinfall: R-Truth
Match Rating: * ¼
R-Truth and David Otunga celebrate in the ring while we see a replay of what just happened. Matt Striker is questioning Bryan’s motives there but he was just doing what was right. I love this feud between Miz and Bryan.
Still to come tonight we’ll see the Highlight Reel with Edge as the special guest.
-Commercial Break-
Matt Striker thanks Audioslave for the use of the song “Be Yourself”, one of WrestleMania’s official theme songs.
We see a video package hyping up Undertaker vs. Shawn Michaels at WrestleMania. If you couldn’t tell by reading my recaps from the past month I just cannot wait for this match. They then run the rest of the card.
Drew McIntyre is walking backstage when Teddy Long stops him. Long says he was defeated in both his Money in the Bank Qualifying Matches yet he had Mr. McMahon expunge both losses. Now he gets another shot. Long says he must be proud. McIntyre says he’s proud he’s an undefeated Intercontinental Champion. Tonight he’ll qualify for the Money in the Bank Match. Long says he must be proud Mr. McMahon handpicked his opponent. McIntyre reminds him that McMahon is his boss. Long says he knows he’s still on probation. He can’t change the match but he can make it Winner Take All – Money in the Bank Qualifier and Intercontinental Title on the line. Long says if he loses then he can kiss the undefeated streak goodbye, playa!
-Commercial Break-
Did you know that fans from all 50 states and 24 countries have purchased tickets to WrestleMania?
Tonight we’ll see Kane take on Luke Gallows from the Straight Edge Society.
Winner Take All
Money in the Bank Qualifying & Intercontinental Title Match
Drew McIntyre (c) vs. Aaron Bolo
They build Bolo up as a light-heavyweight MMA fighter. He looks like a complete jobber.
They lock up and McIntyre quickly clubs him down. McIntyre hits him in the corner and hits a short-arm clothesline. McIntyre hits the Future Shock and now he’s going to WrestleMania.
Winner by Pinfall: Drew McIntyre
Match Rating: N/A
The Money in the Bank Match now has Christian, Kane, Jack Swagger, MVP, Shelton Benjamin, Evan Bourne, Matt Hardy, Dolph Ziggler, and now Drew McIntyre. That’s a lot of guys in one match. What a spotfest it’ll be.
Big Show is walking backstage. He’ll take on John Morrison next.
-Commercial Break-
Big Show vs. John Morrison
Morrison quickly gets on the attack with punches and kicks. Big Show pushes him. Morrison is able to duck a clothesline and hit some more strikes. Morrison goes into the ropes and gets taken out by a shoulder block. Show takes him down with a head-butt and talks some trash. Show throws him in the corner and chops his chest. It immediately swells up. Show slams him down by the hair and treats him like a rag doll. Morrison tries to punch but Show takes him out with a head-butt. Show slowly walks around the ring before stepping on his abdomen. Show hits a body shop before chopping him down to the mat.
Show locks him in a rear naked choke hold. Show handles him until Morrison hits some elbows to the midsection. Morrison then gets to the ropes for the break. Show angrily kicks him off the apron to the floor. Show walks around the ring and takes in the boos. Big Show pulls him back in by the hair but Morrison is able to hit some punches. Show pushes him away and runs into the boots. Show then charges into a low dropkick, sending him to the corner. Show goes for a Chokeslam but Morrison lands on the apron and hits a pele kick. Morrison takes him out with a missile dropkick for a near fall.
Morrison hits a nice running knee to the face for a near fall. Morrison goes for the Flying Chuck but Big Show punches him right out of the air for the knockout. Big Show covers from here and the referee can count to twenty because he’s not kicking out.
Winner by Pinfall: Big Show
Match Rating: * ½
We’ll see the return of the Highlight Reel featuring Edge as the special guest later tonight.
-Commercial Break-
Teddy Long is in his office with Smackdown’s newest acquisition Tiffany. Tiffany says she’s excited to work with the divas. She asks about Mickie James’ knee injury and he says she’s fine. Vickie Guerrero walks in and Long introduces her to Tiffany. Vickie says she’s the reason ECW got cancelled and replaced with NXT. Vickie tells her to go back to being a babysitter and leave the business to the big girls. Vickie says she should get on her good side. Long says she’s not looking to take her job… yet. Vickie laughs and says Tiffany will face the Women’s Champion Michelle McCool.
The Hart Dynasty is in the ring. They don’t get a ring entrance. This is just mind boggling that even with Bret Hart back they can’t get anything going.
The Hart Dynasty vs. Cryme Tyme
It’ll be Tyson Kidd starting out against JTG. Kidd kicks and punches to begin it. Kidd sends him to the ropes but takes an uppercut. JTG hits a dropkick before having a whip to the corner reversed on him. JTG goes for a slingshot but Kidd doesn’t follow. Kidd then hits a chop block and works the knee on the ring post. Kidd locks on a single leg Boston Crab.
The GONG hits and the lights go out. When they come back on Undertaker is in the ring! He hits a big boot on Kidd and destroys Smith in the corner. Undertaker hits Shad with a Chokeslam and kills Tyson Kidd with a Last Ride Powerbomb. Smith then runs into the Tombstone Piledriver! Undertaker then looks to JTG and locks him in Hell’s Gate! Undertaker surveys his carnage as his music hits. Undertaker looks to the WrestleMania XXVI sign. This was a message to Shawn Michaels. Undertaker goes to the top of the ramp and does his throat cut taunt.
Winner: No Contest
Match Rating: N/A
-Commercial Break-
The Raw Rebound airs. Then Matt Striker and Todd Grisham hype up Stone Cold Steve Austin’s guest host appearance this Monday on Raw. It’ll also be WrestleMania Rewind night.
Michelle McCool vs. Tiffany
Vickie Guerrero and Layla are at ringside with Michelle McCool. McCool yawns as Tiffany comes out.
My favorite referee Charles Robinson is in charge of this match. McCool talks a little trash before pushing her down. McCool does jumping jacks and pushups. Tiffany charges and scares her. McCool runs into an inverted atomic drop. Tiffany hits a pair of clotheslines and a low dropkick. Tiffany then kicks her out of the ring. Tiffany pushes her at ringside and bounces her face off the apron a few times. McCool pushes her but runs into a back elbow. Tiffany sends her into the barricade. Vickie Guerrero then takes Tiffany down with a shoulder block.
Winner by Disqualification: Tiffany
Match Rating: ¾ *
Michelle McCool kicks Tiffany’s face into the barricade. She puts her in the ring and chokes her. Beth Phoenix then runs down and hits a double clothesline on Simply Flawless. Beth throws them out of the ring and grabs Vickie Guerrero. Beth pretends to let her slide before hitting her with a clothesline. Beth Phoenix is officially a face. Beth goes to hit the Glam Slam until Michelle McCool and Layla stop it. Vickie quickly runs to the back as Beth helps Tiffany up.
Kane is walking backstage. He’ll face Luke Gallows next.
-Commercial Break-
Did you know that WWE Magazine is the #1 sports magazine sold in Wal-Mart?
Luke Gallows vs. Kane
The Straight Edge Society is at ringside for the match, of course.
They lock up and Kane gets a quick side headlock. Gallows pushes him off but takes a shoulder block. Kane gets another headlock but this time Gallows pushes him to the corner, where he hits a bunch of punches. Gallows sends him to the corner but Kane explodes out with a clothesline. Wow… Luke Gallows has two black eyes and a cut so Matt Striker explains this as he rammed his head into a concrete wall last week after losing to Rey Mysterio. Maybe he’ll be missing teeth next week if he loses to Kane.
Kane punches him in the corner and kicks. Kane sends him to the ropes but Gallows ducks a clothesline and gets hit with a diving shoulder block. Gallows kicks but misses an elbow drop. Kane hits a low dropkick to the face and signals for a Chokeslam. Gallows sees this and quickly gets out of the ring to chat with CM Punk as we go to commercial.
-Commercial Break-
We come back from the break to see Gallows hit an uppercut. Gallows hits a suplex and gets a two count. Darren Young is seen watching backstage. I hate his hair. Gallows locks on a chin lock but Kane fights up and punches out. Gallows sends him to the ropes and hits a clothesline. Gallows hits a big splash for a two count. Gallows grounds and pounds before putting a chin lock on. Kane fights up so Gallows knees him. Gallows goes into the ropes and eats a big boot.
Kane hits an uppercut and clotheslines him in the corner. Kane hits a sidewalk slam for a near fall. Kane goes up top and hits a flying lariat. Kane runs into a back elbow and a clothesline for a two count. Gallows hits a punch but has a whip reversed. Kane hits a Chokeslam and Punk runs in to beat on Kane to avoid the pinfall loss.
Winner by Disqualification: Kane
Match Rating: * ½
CM Punk hits the GTS on Kane. Rey Mysterio’s music hits and he slowly walks to the ring. Mysterio takes off his shirt and gets in the ring but Punk quickly gets out. Mysterio chases and beats him up outside. Mysterio sends him to the barricade and throws him over. They fight in the crowd until Punk quickly escapes. The referees hold Mysterio back.
The Highlight Reel is next with Edge as the special guest.
-Commercial Break-
The Smack of the Night is Edge beating the Big Show last week.
The Highlight Reel
Chris Jericho’s music hits and the World Heavyweight Champion makes his way to the ring. Edge is out next. No need for an introduction. Jericho asks if there’s something funny and Edge says there is. The show is the Highlight Reel but the only highlight is he keeps hitting him with a move that he can’t remember the name to. The crowd chants “Spear.” Jericho says that is quite humorous because he’s got all the sheep chanting for him at his whim. Jericho says he’s an honest man, always telling the truth. The truth is they could have been one of the greatest tag teams in WWE history but then Edge selfishly got hurt. That’s always what happens to him. Edge gets to the cusp of greatness and then he gets injured. When Jericho was stealing the show at WrestleMania 19 with Shawn Michaels, Edge was sitting at home watching. Then he missed the next WrestleMania. Jericho asks how many days, months, and years has he missed.
Jericho asks if Edge knows what he was doing while he was licking his wounds. Edge says losing and mentions he lost to Shawn Michaels and Christian at WrestleManias 19 and 20. Jericho says he was forging a Hall of Fame, unprecedented, unparalleled performer of his generation, injury free. Edge says he’s been injured because he only knows how to do the job one way. He takes risk. Edge mentions he’s dove off twenty foot ladders, dove through flaming tables, and hit thumbtacks. Edge says he faced adversity without fear and he has no regrets. Edge says he’ll take whatever risk he needs to in order to get back his World Heavyweight Championship.
Jericho says he’s already taken risks, specifically agreeing to face him at WrestleMania. Jericho says bad things happen when they’re in the ring. Jericho says he’s a fraud. Jericho says Edge doesn’t know success – the best he ever did was with Vickie Guerrero. Edge says touché. Edge says everyone has the girlfriend they regret having. Amen, brother. For Edge its Vickie Guerrero – for Jericho it’s the Big Show. Edge says he does take risks – calculated risks. He’ll take those risks at WrestleMania and beat him for the title. Jericho says he should have stayed away. He says bad things happen when he’s around. Jericho says Edge came back from injury too early at the Royal Rumble.
That’ll cost him because Jericho doesn’t think he’s totally healed. Edge forgets he’s still injured because he’s just been pandering to the fans. Jericho says everyone wants to see Edge standing tall at WrestleMania with the title and confetti pouring. Jericho says that’s not going to happen because he’ll beat him at Mania, hurt him, and send him home for six months. That’s a guarantee. Edge says he’ll do something at WrestleMania. He’ll make him an ex-World Heavyweight Champion… after he hits him with a Spear.
Jericho blindsides him with a shot to the skull with the microphone. Jericho hits him with a stool and kicks him in the head. Jericho talks trash as he whips him with his jacket. Jericho goes to send him into the Jeritron but Edge counters into an Edgecution. Edge goes for a Spear but Jericho smashes him in the face with the World Heavyweight Championship. That was a nasty thud! Jericho then angrily chants “Spear” and stands over Edge with the World Heavyweight Championship.

Mike’s Thoughts
This was a disappointing Smackdown to say the very least. I expect much more out of the shows heading into WrestleMania. This show just didn’t cut it at all for me. Is Michael Hayes sick or something? Usually we get better from him. There were only two good segments on the show and a whole bunch of short, unexciting matches.
What I did like was how the show opened up. I loved that Rey Mysterio’s family was there when CM Punk came down and berated him. I’m really looking forward to their WrestleMania match after this one. It had tremendous heat to it and Punk was amazing in it. I also liked Mysterio’s intensity later in the night when he took out CM Punk. I don’t think anything was confirmed for Mania so I expect that next week.
I also liked the Highlight Reel segment. It’s about time that Jericho got the upper hand in this feud. I think it took far too long. There’s something about this feud that isn’t clicking for me. I thought this one would be a home run from the early segments but there’s just something off now. Maybe it’s Edge as a face now. He has a lot of work to do as a face because, for me, it’s not quite clicking yet. I’m not sure the “Spear” chant is the way to go. Their match at WrestleMania will be good though. That much I’m sure about.
The rest of the show was a throwaway. R-Truth and John Morrison took on their opponents at WrestleMania in singles matches. R-Truth taking on the Miz was ok, highlighted only by Daniel Bryan’s involvement in the match. That feud between Miz and Bryan is awesome. Big Show getting the best of John Morrison left a little more to be desired but was a touch better than his partner’s match. The finish is the same with Show in singles matches lately.
I didn’t mind Undertaker taking out the Hart Dynasty and Cryme Tyme because at least I didn’t have to recap that tired match up again. The Hart Dynasty should be further along than they are. I’ll say the same thing about Mike Knox and I doubt anyone could form a real argument with me against that.
My last gripe comes with Drew McIntyre. It’s no secret that he’s not over in any way with the audience. I daresay that when he came out on Raw during the gauntlet half the audience didn’t know who the hell he was. I even had to do a double take because I didn’t recognize him immediately. I guess if he were to win MITB he’d get some kind of heat… but I’d rather see Christian. McIntyre just isn’t cutting the mustard for me. How do you feel?
Final Rating: ** ½
Charlie Hass On His Time In WWE

Interview highlights courtesy of The Mayhem's official correspondent, Paterson From New Jersey:
How much of his second stint with World Wrestling Entertainment was a "life experience" after the first time being there: "It was definitely a life experience. It was just an ongoing nightmare for me. They promise they're gonna do this with you, and they don't do it. They tell me they are gonna bring me in to feud with Shelton (Benjamin), and they don't do it. As out lives went on we had our first child & then our second child, you wanna quit, but you have to support your family. Then you'll like 'Alright if I gonna eat crap to help support my family and give my wife & kids a better life, better than I ever had, then that's what I'll do.' But eventually, you could only handle so much before you gotta walk away because you bring that misery home, and it's unhealthy. It's a unhealthy work environment, but then when you bring it home, you make it a unhealthy home environment for your family, and you can't do that. It just really feels good to be away from that. No one understands unless you've been there."
Becoming a great fit within the confines of Ring Of Honor: "I agree with you 100%. I've been watching the product, I know Jim Cornette personally, and I just love what they're doing down there. I've worked with Cornette; I like the formulation of what he's done in the past in OVW and what he's doing now. I think I'll be a great fit. Those kids could go, and they wrestle. These men wrestle, and that's what it's about. I have so much left in my tank. My body's healthy. I'm determined. I'm not gonna sit back and be upset & retire, I wanna go out and prove myself. I wanna prove myself to all the skeptics & all the creative that they didn't know what they had."
What is more appealing to Charlie when he makes his return to the ring on television: TNA or Ring Of Honor: "I will end up at one or the other I promise you that. I just wanna go out & wrestle. I wanna be given the opportunity I never had, and that's it. I wanna have fun: that passion is back, and I feel like a weight has been lifted off my chest. The odds are good I will end up somewhere, and the whole new destiny for Charlie Haas will definitely take a turn, and it'll be a turn for the best. Not just for the fans, but for me & my family as well."
Some of the superstars/performers that Charlie would want to face in TNA that he never had the opportunity to face in his career: "There's another Elijah Burke ('The Pope' D'Angelo Dinero), never did anything with him. Look what's happened. It's the same thing; the WWE didn't see anything in him or he's not entertaining enough. It's their loss, and that's just one of them. Shannon Moore was another one who was never given the opportunity. Jeff Hardy is the most popular wrestler there is in the world today. Kurt (Angle) is one of my best friends, we talk all the time, and I would love to run with him or Jeff or any of those wrestlers: AJ (Styles), Samoa Joe."
Charlie's thoughts on the passing of his close friend & business partner Eddie "Umaga" Fatu several few months ago: "He was my best friend and was my best friend since we started in the developmental territories together. He was with me when we found my brother dead. He was my best friend & my business partner, and his family is my family. It's just heartbreaking just to watch him and watch what happened, and to have to bury another one of your friends just really sucks."
Why Shelton Benjamin, like himself, has not been used to the best of his ability during his time in the WWE: "It's either someone doesn't like him in creative or he's just too good of a wrestler, or he just makes things look too good & too easy, or it's just very political. Someone at the time doesn't want him to succeed. They have who they want to push, and he's just not one of them. And it's unfortunate, because he is probably the most God-gifted athlete in sports (pro wrestling & the WWE), but they don't want to utilize that, so it's their loss. That's why I'm begging him not to sign back. He'll probably stay for the money, but he could utilized a lot better elsewhere I'll tell you that."
More is contained in Charlie's interview with the Monday Night Mayhem Radio Network, including his candid thoughts & comments on the real story behind his impersonations of past & present WWE Superstars, Legends, & Divas (including whose idea it was for the gimmick & which member of the WWE Creative Team that Charlie confided in the most during his return to the company), why the WWE almost pulled Shelton Benjamin from the forthcoming Money In The Bank Match at WrestleMania XXVI, & so much more! Jesse Ventura Shoots On Hulk Hogan!
The BJ Shea Morning Experience" on 99.9 KISW in Seattle, WA sent this in:
Yesterday we had Jesse Ventura on & I thought of you guys as he had some interesting statements about Hulk Hohan:
Jesse Ventura was on the BJ Shea Morning Experience on KISW Seattle...Jesse was on to promote his new book "American Conspiracies: Lies, Lies, and More Dirty Lies the Government Tells Us." Jesse was asked what his thoughts were about Hulk Hogan stepping back in the ring, and being a part of TNA Wrestling. Here is Jesse's answer:
"You know what...didn’t he just write a book called, “My Life out of Wrestling”? Why did he write the book if he’s still going to do it? Come on...write the book when you’re really done. I think it’s absurd, I think it’s absurd to see people 56 to 60 years old still trying to reclaim their youth. Time beats every athlete; Muhammad Ali, Michael Jordan and guess what Hulk, you too!"

3/13 WWE Results: Stockton, CA
The show was completely packed, as even after the show started at 7:30 there was still a mile long line outside.
R-Truth & John Morrison vs. The Hart Dynasty
I missed this match, as I my friends and I were still trying to get into the arena. Got word that R-Truth and John Morrison won the match in a fun opener.
Tiffany came out to get a special guest bell ringer. She asked a little kid in the front row where WrestleMania would be held this year, which she got it right (Phoenix).
Goldust vs. Dolph Ziggler
Good match, where Goldust pinned Ziggler clean. After the match Big Zeke ran to the ring and attacked Goldust, until Matt Hardy came in for the save, eventually leading to....
Ezekial Jackson vs. Matt Hardy
Zeke (who is just absolutely huge) won clean with his Rock Bottom like maneuver.
Jimmy Wang Yang vs. Tyler Reks
Fun match where Yang won clean with his moonsault.
WWE Intercontinental Championship Match
Drew McIntyre (c) vs. Kane
Before the match McIntyre got on the mic and ran down the city of Stockton to a huge chorus of boos. McIntyre was really hated throughout the match as the fans were solidly behind Kane. Match resulted in a double count out as both men fought on the outside. To send the fans happy before intermission, Kane chokeslammed McIntyre to a big pop.
*Intermission*
Shad Gaspard w/JTG vs. Mike Knox
Funny story, as my friends and I were sitting next to Mike Knox's real life girlfriend and damn she's hot. Match didn't really have that much heat, but the fans did like Cryme Tyme. Shad won clean with a big boot.
Tiffany came out to throw some t-shirts, until Michelle McCool came out and pushed her. Beth Phoenix came out to save Tiffany from a beatdown, which lead to...
Beth Phoenix vs. Michelle McCool
McCool won the match clean, after a kick to the face from the ring apron. Fans really liked Beth.
CM Punk, Luke Gallows, & Chris Jericho vs. Rey Mysterio, Edge, & The Undertaker
Interesting to note that Lars Frederikson from the punk band Rancid was at the front row, as it's said that he's very good friends with CM Punk. Punk, along with Gallows and Serena did some mic work before the match, which garnered a ton of heat from the fans. Jericho came out to some cheers, but mostly boos. Rey Mysterio got an insanely large pop, as did Edge. The Undertaker though came out to probably the biggest pop of the night. Match went about less than ten minutes, as the Undertaker got the win for his team after hitting a Chokeslam on CM Punk for the win and to send the fans home happy.
Biggest Pops
1. The Undertaker
2. Rey Mysterio
3. Edge and Kane
Biggest Heat
1. CM Punk
2. Chris Jericho
3. Drew McIntyre
Overall, a really fun show

WWE/TNA House Show Results
The following is from Wrestleview;
NA House Show Results
3/14- Wheeling, WV
I'd say there was about 600 to 700 people there. It's a good showing for a small venue.
Before I begin, I have to give credit where credit is due. Don West does an OUTSTANDING job in his new role. He was outside of the arena handing out programs, shaking hands with fans, walking up and down flights of steps to get programs to people. He also did a great job shilling the latest merchandise and promoting the autographs. I almost died laughing at some of the stuff he said when he promoted Earl Hebner's new shirt (yes, folks. Earl has a shirt now): "His wife left him. He's home broke. He doesn't have money for the hotel tonight. Etc."
Now, onto the show:
1)X-Division Title: Amazing Red vs. Doug Williams vs. Kaz.
Winner: Doug Williams
Note: I was impressed with some of the dives and triple threat maneuvers they were pulling off at the show. I thought they would phone in on that stuff, but they didn't. Good opener.
2) Dr. Stevie vs. Rhyno
Winner: Rhyno
Note: It was a basic wrestling match between the two. Stevie got a bWo chant when he first walked out. Some things will never change, thankfully.
3. TNA Knockouts Tag Team Championship
BP vs. Sarita/Taylor
Winners: BP
Note: A lot of butt-spanking going on in this match. I thought the botox was going to come leaking out of their faces at some point.
4. TNA World Heavyweight Championship: Abyss vs. A.J. Styles
Winner: Abyss (DQ)
Note: Abyss came out to the new American Made remix. A.J. came out with his original jacket hood attire. The match was great. My friends and I had to teach the rest of the building that when someone does a chop (like A.J. did 12 times in the match), you are supposed to say "WOOOOO!" A.J. knocked down the ref and hit Abyss with the TNA title causing the disqualification. Abyss hulked up after, the fingerpoint of doom, and the Blackhole Slam followed up.
Intermission: Autographs from The Beautiful People/ Backstage Passes Honored
5. TNA Leg... I mean GLOBAL Championship: Rob Terry vs. Brutus Magnus.
Winner: BIG BALCO Rob Terry
Note: Magnus got on the mic and did the typical British heel work (Americans have no respect, singing God Save The Queen). Terry came out to Click, Click Boom by Saliva. Why? Beats me. The match itself sucked. My section kept making references on how the match should have been brought to us by BALCO, making needle gestures to our arms everytime Terry looked at us, and the best quote from me: "Batista wants his gimmick back." Quick 1 minute match.
6. Desmond Wolfe vs. The Pope
Winner: The Pope
Note: Good match with a lot of technical wrestling exhibition by Wolfe. Rollup by Pope won the match. Got a huge ovation when he started pointing to the crowd to get their attention (think DX Survivor Series 2006).
MAIN EVENT: Beer Money vs. Jeff Jarrett/Kurt Angle
Winners: Jarrett and Angle
Note: All four people got a good ovation coming in... Angle was greeted like a hometown hero from my perspective. Comedic stuff dominated the match at the beginning: Earl Hebner got into a fight with James Storm; Jeff Jarrett tore Beer Money's shirts up, wiped his and Earl's rear ends with em, and threw them back at Beer Money who acted like the shirt was a hot potato. Storm and Roode played the role of the Ambiguously Gay Duo for ten minutes: Storm was exposed and Roode ran for the curtain and peaked his head through to see if it was ok to come out. Storm and Roode also did a Tree of Woe skit where one was tied up and the other was put in a suggestive position on top fo the other. When the man hanging upside down came loose, it set up a compromising position best suited for Will and Grace. Match was great once it actually started. Olympic Slam and Stroke nailed at same time for win.
After the Show: Angle took the mic and thanked all of us for coming and supporting TNA. He also said how great it was to be back in the Tri-State area. At the end, Angle's very young son and daughter came to the ring with Angle mentioning that his son will be a future Olympic Gold Medalist. He stayed in the ring to do photos and stuff.
In summary, this was the best experience I've had at a wrestling show period, and I've been to 2 WWE PPVs, a TV taping, and a house show. I definitely recommend seeing TNA LIVE. I felt like I got my full money's worth from the experience.

TNA Epics Now To Air On Tuesday Night!
TNA has announced that Epics, which was originally set to air on Monday night following Impact, has now been moved to Tuesday night at 11:00 PM Eastern. The show is hosted by Mick Foley.
WWE Production Team Watching IMPACT During RAW???
Jason Powell of Prowrestling.net is reporting that some in WWE may have been paying more attention to last week's TNA Impact then they may have let on. One WWE source noted that the production team was definitely keeping an eye on Impact and estimated that one of every five TV monitors in the production area were tuned to TNA Impact.
Jim Ross On A Stone Cold RAW!
The following excerpt is from Ross' blog;
"Monday Night Raw is live tonight from San Diego and is a loaded card that includes the return to Monday night of Stone Cold Steve Austin. I am anxious to hear and see the reaction Austin gets when the glass breaks on Raw which one can assume will be early in the evening. Steve will be moderating the contract signing for the McMahon-Hitman Wrestlemania 24 bout which will arguably be the highlight of the evening for many fans."
