How To Order
Secure Ordering Online:
You can order with a credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover) directly from this website. Click on the BUY button next to each tape. Nothing is final until you checkout, so save as many tapes as you like in your shopping cart.
Call Our Credit Card Hotline:
You can also order with a credit card by calling (215) 891-9404. We have somebody available to answer the phone from 10am-4:30pm EST, Monday thru Friday. You can also leave an order on the machine 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Checkout with PayPal:
You can now pay for your orders using PayPal directly through our checkout process.
Paying by check or money order:
You can also place an order on the website and select the money order/check option. Payment must be received within 10 days. Checks or money orders should be made payable to RF Video. You can also use a blank sheet of paper and include your name, address, video titles, & video numbers and mail it to the address listed below with your payment. Our mailing address is:

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
U.S. Orders:
Priority Shipping Method is used only for US customers only. Delivery for orders placed with priority shipping is approximately 1-2 weeks and guarantees your package will be shipped USPS priority mail once your package leaves our warehouse.
Priority Rates (as of 1/28/13):
1-3 items - $6.95
4 items - $7.95
5 items - $8.95
6 items - $9.95
$1.00 extra for each additional item.
Priority mail is only available in the U.S. and is used to speed up the delivery of your order.
Canada Orders:
First Class International Shipping Method is used for canadian customers only. Delivery for orders placed is approximately 1-2 weeks and guarantees your package will be shipped USPS first class international mail once your package leaves our warehouse.

3 items - $13.00
4 items - $15.00
$2.00 extra for each additional item.
International orders:
Shipping is $13 for the first item, then $2 for each additional item.

All international orders must be in U.S. dollars.
International orders take approx. 1-3 weeks for delivery.
Returns or Damaged Videos:
If for any reason you need to return a video or receive something damaged in the mail, you must first contact RF Video at feinsteind@aol.com or by calling (215) 891-9404. All returns must be authorized prior to sending anything back. Our merchandise is of the highest quality; however, should you for some reason not be fully satisfied, please return the merchandise within 30 days of receipt. We will promptly replace the product free of charge. Merchandise should be packed and taped securely. Please include your name, address, and a note of explanation. Items must be returned prepaid and we suggest you insure the shipment.
Policy for undeliverable orders:
If your order has been returned to us by the United States Postal Service due to the package being undeliverable or by an incorrect address used when placing the order RF Video has the right to recharge you for shipping again on your order. However if the address was put incorrectly on the package by RF Video, we accept full responsibility on shipping costs back to you. Please make sure you double check the shipping address you enter when placing an order.
