best of Sabu-suicidal maniac

Actually, watching this DVD made me kind of sad.To see what Vince has done to Sabu by litterally grounding him and not letting him use tables and chairs is disgusting. This DVD will help you remember the reckless maniac Sabu is.Even as he ages, his style is still one of a kind and often immitaded but NEVER duplicated.I definately recomend it, if for no other reason then to rekindle your furry at Vince McMahon and how he has single handidly ruined pro wrestling.

I am gald that Sabu has some of his best matches on dvd.and it's a shame that Vince doesn't appreciate Sabu.who was 3PW NWA and ECW champion. along with ECW TV and Tag Team Champion.and if that's not cool i don't know what is.

Not quite "Best of Sabu" but still good

While this is a good DVD, it certainly does not contain the best matches of Sabu's career. It's less a career retrospective than a "best of the past couple of years of Sabu" collection. It starts off VERY strong with his MECW ladder match against the Sandman, which in my estimation may be the only match on this DVD that would belong in a proper retrospective "Best of Sabu" collection. The low point is easily his TNA tag-team match with Raven against Dreamer & Sandman, mostly due to the absolutely abysmal, redundant commentary that completely drowns out Sandman's no doubt hilarious ramblings & crowd reactions during his entrance (if only we could hear them), as well as all of Raven's taunts to Dreamer & Sandman. It does not help that the match itself was filmed poorly, but it's already almost impossible to watch without muting the volume. The rest of the matches are range form very good to average, but it's no doubt considerably better than what WWE's been doing with Sabu. The selling point of this DVD is the convenience of it being a DVD, which is great if you just want some Sabu on DVD, or if you want to see what he's been up to on the indy circuit for the past six years. If you're looking for a more retrospective "Best of Sabu" collection, check out "Behind Closed Doors w. Sabu."

Great collection of matches on this dvd. Also, a very diverse selection of Sabu matches ranging from high flying to in ring wrestling which was nice to see. People forget that Sabu isn't just a hardcore wrestler but that he can do it all and this dvd shows it. I have almost every best of Sabu that RF Video ever made and this was a nice addition to my collection. This best of Sabu is a Good place to start if you don't own any best of Sabu tapes yet. Sabu is the real deal.
