Surviving The Dungeon

Deep in the Rocky Mountains - in the city of Calgary, Alberta Canada – lies the most famous training facility in the history of professional wrestling: the world-renowned Hart Dungeon.

Since the 1950s, aspiring wrestlers from all over the world have come to the home of Stu Hart with the dream of learning the art of professional wrestling. In that time, Stu and his sons Bruce, Keith and Ross have helped shape the careers of some of the most celebrated figures in the sport, including champions such as Chris Jericho, Chris Benoit, "British Bulldog" Davey Boy Smith, Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart, Brian Pillman, Jushin "Thunder" Liger, Stu's sons Owen & Bret, and so many more.

Now, for the very first time, experience the sacrifices Stu and his wife Helen had to make in order to survive in one of the most cutthroat businesses in the world, the talent that made their family into stars, and the courage that made them legends.

Blake Norton proudly presents the must-have documentary for any true fan of professional wrestling – "Surviving The Dungeon: The Legacy of Stu Hart"!

Extra Features:

-         A never-before-seen Dungeon training match, featuring WWE's two hottest new stars, T.J. "Tyson Kidd" Wilson and Harry "David" Smith

-         An exclusive retrospective on the history of training in The Dungeon, narrated by Ross Hart

-         A feature on pro-wrestling psychology & the state of the industry today

-         ...and much more!

"Riveting viewing... a must-buy. Blake Norton treats his subject matter with the respect it truly deserves, and it’s respect and his affection for the Hart family is what makes this documentary great."

One of the best documentaries I have seen. It is great to see Stu looking as if he can barely get off of his chair, get on the mat and make young people cry. Awesome stories and photos about the history of Stampede wrestling and the footage of the Harts, British Bulldogs, Benoit, Pillman, Hase, Lyger etc. when they were young is incredible. Great footage of the students training and later having matches and the training match between Harry(D.H.)Smith and T.J.Wilson(Tyson Kidd)as teenagers is interesting because you see them correcting mistakes and getting advice from Bruce Hart. A must see!
